The Moccasin Creek Golf Shop is looking for
Golf Shop Assistants to join our strong team for the golf season. Our ideal candidate is attentive with great customer service skills, an outgoing attitude, and hard-working. The golf season typically runs from April through October.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with members and guest providing exceptional experiences.
- Assist the Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day operations.
- Act as golf course starter controlling the tee sheet. Assist members to find starting times and games.
- Be the first contact members and guest have with the Club; including handling phone calls in a prompt, polite, and courteous manner.
- Help organize, conduct, and promote all tournaments while using the latest technologies available to provide an outstanding experience for the participants.
- Help members and guest with merchandise purchase decisions and special orders.
- Assist with merchandising and presentation of the Golf Shop.
- Assist with outside services where needed and help to oversee the Professional Services operation.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
- Golf knowledge a plus.
- Part-time and full-time positions available.
