Julie has been an integral part of Moccasin Creek Country Club since 1979, where she assumes responsibility for managing all Clubhouse functions. Her duties encompass overseeing membership inquiries, handling billings and mailings, and managing Club accounting. Additionally, Julie plays a pivotal role in managing the Food & Beverage departments, ensuring that members receive top-notch service and dining experiences.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Julie shares her life with her husband Larry and their two grown children, and her grandchildren. Her dedication and commitment to Moccasin Creek Country Club have undoubtedly contributed to its continued success and reputation as a premier destination for members and guests alike.

Isaac Morgan, PGA

Isaac, a native of Southern California, became the leader of the golf operations team in 2025. He brings a wealth of experience to Moccasin Creek most recently serving as the staff instructor at Temecula Creek Golf Club.

At Moccasin Creek, Isaac oversees all golf operations, including managing events, running junior and adult lesson programs, offering custom club fittings, leading the golf shop team, and owning and operating the merchandise concession. His focus is on delivering exceptional experiences for all members and guests.

In addition to his golf expertise, Isaac is a certified CrossFit trainer, showcasing his passion for health and fitness. He and his wife, Caroline, along with their three young children, are excited to embrace this new chapter at Moccasin Creek and the Aberdeen community.

Randy Hinsch

Randy assumed the helm of the Moccasin Creek culinary team in 2022, infusing his expertise and passion into every dish. With an impressive 23 years of experience as a Certified Executive Chef and a comprehensive background in all managerial aspects of the hospitality industry, Randy is a true culinary virtuoso.

A South Dakota native, Randy honed his skills at the MTI South Dakota Culinary Academy before embarking on a remarkable culinary journey. His most recent endeavor saw him owning and operating his own restaurant in the picturesque Black Hills region of South Dakota, where he garnered acclaim for his innovative cuisine and impeccable service.

Randy's profound knowledge and diverse background enable him to bring a distinctive flair to the culinary experience at the Club, elevating every meal to an unforgettable dining adventure. His dedication to excellence and commitment to quality make him an invaluable asset to the Moccasin Creek team.

Katrina Brownie

Katrina's journey in the world of Food & Beverage service spans a considerable length, starting from her roots as a server and advancing through roles as a shift manager, culminating in her current position. In her pivotal role, Katrina orchestrates the front-of-house service operations, ensuring that every member receives nothing short of exceptional experiences.

With her wealth of experience and keen eye for detail, Katrina leads her team with grace and proficiency, setting the standard for excellence in service. Outside of her professional commitments, Katrina leads a fulfilling life as a devoted mother of three, balancing the demands of her career with the joys of parenthood.

Katrina's unwavering dedication and commitment to providing unparalleled service make her an invaluable asset to the Moccasin Creek team, enriching the dining experiences of members and guests alike.

Amy Novara

Amy joined Moccasin Creek's team February of 2025.  She has been in the food and beverage industry for over 30 years.  Originally from Michigan, Amy has operated restaurants in Michigan, South Dakota, Texas, Ohio, Virginia Beach, Georgia and Colorado.  When Amy isn't at the Club, you can always find her at home with her 3 large dogs and loved ones.  Aberdeen is her favorite city to both work and live in and feels honored to be a part of such an amazing, inclusive community of Moccasin Creek.

Amy works with the service and culinary team on a daily basis to ensure that quality, consistency, and overall operations are to Moccasin Creek's higher standards.  Amy will be overseeing future social events and ensuring that there will always be a fun event to look forward to.  Members are the number one priority, so Amy is committed to making sure that Mc3 members are getting what they need out of the Club amenities and to bring member suggestions, ideas and wants to future menu updates and events.

Joe Lambert, GCSAA

Golf Course Superintendent

Joe is originally from upstate New York and brings over 15 years of experience in golf course maintenance, having worked across a wide range of facilities from public municipal courses to ultra-exclusive private clubs.  His career has taken me from New York to North Carolina and as far west as Oklahoma, allowing me to gain a broad perspective on agronomic practices and course management across different climates and turf conditions.  

Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management and Golf Course Operations from SUNY Delhi in New York.  Most recently, I served as the Golf Course Superintendent at Broadmoor Golf Links in North Carolina, where I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of course maintenance and turf management.

Joe, his wife Tara, and two dogs recently relocated to Aberdeen, and they are thrilled to begin this new chapter of their lives.  Joe looks forward to bringing his experience, passion for the game, and commitment to excellence to his new role in the community.
